Welcome to Rochford Plastics, specialising in reprocessing scrap plastics and off-cuts of UPVC for plastic recycling companies, as well as the windows, doors and conservatory industry and other plastic product manufacturers throughout the UK.

Established in 1997, we have become one of the country’s leading plastic granulators who offer a specialised colour sorting service. From our 30,000 square foot warehouse in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, we recycle all types of scrap plastic products including UPVC, car tail lights and syringes.

All plastics are sorted and graded in-house and transferred to a separation and colour sorting machine that can handle even the most rigid of plastics. The next stage of the process is size reduction- using shredding and granulating equipment. In some cases, plastics will be fed into optical electronic sorting machines, which are used for the detection and automated separation of non-conforming coloured particles. Once the process is complete, all plastics are ready to be used again!

As well as offering shredding, granulation and colour sorting services, our recycling facility also enables us to handle post production and post consumer plastic waste. And for your added peace of mind, we provide a secure destruction service- ensuring all electronic data and corporate information is destroyed in a way that upholds data protection regulations.
